수사업무의 효율성을 위하여 각분야에 전문가 집단을 초청하여 사건사고를 브리핑하여 

조언을 듣고수사범위와 초점을 맞추고 조율하는 일들을 자문해주는 수사기구이다


예를들어 금융거래에 문제가 있다면 이분야에 다년간 일했거나 일하고 있는

전문가의 조언을 듣는것이 최우선이다

그것이 초기수사에 수사팀이 우왕좌왕 하지 않고 속전속결할수 있는 지름길일 것이다

금융, 회계, 부동산, 의료, 법률, 상공, 정치, 컴퓨터등에 수사지원자문단을 구축할것이다
