Korean Police demanded independence of investigative rights.

Korea prosecution has the right of investigation and indictment. This is nothing more than ignoring the organization itself as well as considering the police organization as a subsystem.

Many korean police officers say that korean police, like the US police, must also have independent investigative right, korean police officers! I think you guys are right, but I think there are some things you don't know about the US police system. Investigators must report all investigation to the prosecutor and follow the investigative command of the prosecutor.

General police engage in security issues, not criminal investigations. Investigators investigate the object of the investigation, but investigators follow the order of the prosecutor. In oder to become such a system, the police organization must be led by the prosecutor, and the prosecution must prosecution process. The prosecutor and police must work together and cannot separate. Do not fight against each other like now, is it not right for the prosecutors to guarantee police investigation and take charge of investigation?

In my personal opinion, there were people who were corrupt in prosecutors and police. I hope that smart people will lead. Some intelligent people were corrup, but some are justify.
